Neera Bahl founded Neera Bahl & Associates, LLC in April 2009. Ms. Bahl was previously a Partner at Dixit, Youn, & Bahl, LLP. Prior to joining Dixit, Youn, & Bahl, she interned at the Jimmy Carter Center (Human Rights Division), worked as a Constituent Representative for U.S. Rep. Denise Majette, focusing on immigration issues, and served as law clerk for Fulton County Superior Court Judge Gail S. Tusan. Ms. Bahl serves as Secretary of AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association), is on the Board of Directors and previously served as Secretary for the GIACC (Georgia Indo American Chamber of Commerce), and is a Board member of the Women's Committee of TiE-Atlanta (The Indus Entrepreneur). Ms. Bahl received her J.D. from John Marshall Law School in 2000, her M.A. in English from Punjab University in 1979 and her B.Ed. in Psychology from D.A.V. College in 1977, and her B.S. in Chemistry & Biology from D.S. College in 1976.

Avni Gandhi is an Assistant Regional Counsel for the Social Security Administration's Office of General Counsel. Ms. Gandhi represents the Agency in disability and employment matters at the administrative and federal level. She was previously an employment and education law attorney with Kramer & Patel, LLC and Clements & Sweet, P.C. Ms. Gandhi also serves on the Board of Directors for Raksha, a nonprofit organization in Georgia. Ms. Gandhi has previously volunteered for the Truancy Intervention Project and the American Civil Liberties Union. Ms. Gandhi received her undergraduate degree from Emory University in 2001 and her J.D. from Emory University Law School in 2004.

Ambreen Delawalla focuses her practice on securities and other commercial litigation, including securities fraud class actions, shareholder derivative actions, corporate internal investigations and arbitrations. Ms. Delawalla's practice includes both trial work and appellate work. Ms. Delawalla is a member of the L.E.A.D. Atlanta Class of 2010 and serves on the Board of the Georgia Coalition for Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention. She is also active with the Georgia Pacific American Bar Association. Her pro bono services include assisting the Georgia Innocence Project with claims on behalf of recently released exonerees and assisting clients through the Saturday Volunteer Lawyers' Foundation. Jimmy Janarious is a partner in the Atlanta office of Drew, Eckl & Farnham, one of the largest insurance defense firms in the Southeast. Mr. Janarious joined Drew, Eckl & Farnham as an associate attorney in 2001. His practice focuses primarily upon the defense of employers, insurers, and self-insurers in workers' compensation claims. He has tried numerous cases before the State Board of Workers' Compensation. In addition, he has argued appeals before the Appellate Division of the State Board of Workers' Compensation, various Superior Courts throughout Georgia, and the Court of Appeals of Georgia. In addition to his practice, Mr. Janarious frequently lectures on pertinent workers' compensation topics. He is also the author of several articles regarding workers' compensation issues.
